Speaking of emerging companies that have grown, there are those dealing with VTubers, and Vocaloid, which is close to its origin, I now think of as a unique invention.

It still feels like there are many Japanese people who have resistance or aversion to two-dimensional culture, and similarly, even though the developer of Bitcoin has a Japanese name, "Satoshi Nakamoto," they tend to be prejudiced against “otaku” and such. However, even if I ask dozens of people born in the 1960s, many seem knowledgeable about various things, and the stories that come up regarding music and computers are overwhelmingly rich in information.

Everyone says in unison, “Because there was nothing else,” but the flip side of that statement is that their time wasn't being taken away. Nowadays, there are countless things that can take away our time. Perhaps we need to think about that time, especially now in a consumer society.
For this reason, I canceled all my subscription services.

If the staff at PC Shop Captain in Akihabara (which now seems to regularly sells junk) hadn't introduced me to The Rolling Stones' "Jumpin' Jack Flash," I might have stopped at "Sticky Fingers," and if I had only gone to large chain stores, I might not have had this value system.

Sadly, that shop also seemed to have closed in 2021.

I learned about this shop because I had been following a personal blog called "Junk PC Optimization Project" throughout my junior high and high school years.

At the very least, it is clear that the wisdom of our predecessors is great, and the products they created by burning their lives, like OS (Slackware) for me recently, or shops in the real world, should be preserved in some form or another.
