Russian Phishing Scam IP Address Exceeds 32-bit Space

What does this really mean?

It seems to be the IP address of someone conducting a Russian phishing scam.

It's possible to spoof an IP address using a proxy or VPN, but the fact that it's a number exceeding 255...?

How are they doing this?

*On second thought, it was foolish of me to even consider that this was an IP address obtained from somewhere.
It's just a list of numbers with no context in a phishing scam email. I was tricked!!!
