Let's write scripts to run at startup in GNU/Linux in /etc/rc.local!
Hello, I'm incompetent.
There are surprisingly many articles about writing to .profile and similar files, but since these are actions after login, they might not be used much in systems running as servers.
Scripts and startups that are added later and kept running constantly tend to accumulate, making it difficult to keep track of them. Therefore, I will write them in rc.local.
sudo vi /etc/rc.local
~
#!/bin/sh
tlp start
# /etc/rc.local – rc.local for Artix Linux
# Enter your custom commands here.
~
The red text is the part I added this time.
If there are many, it might be better to consolidate them into a shell script named startup.sh and execute it.
sudo chmod +x /etc/rc.local
And that's okay.
End.
